HOW DOES IT WORK?
Psychotherapy is a space of deep listening and genuine care, where you are free to express your feelings, doubts, and emotional pain without fear of judgment. Through dialogue, we explore your experiences, emotions, and inner patterns—bringing greater clarity to how you relate to yourself and the world.
As a therapist, my role is to walk alongside you on this journey, offering reflections that help expand your self-awareness. Rooted in Jungian analytical psychology, my work invites you to reconnect with your inner truth and explore the deeper layers of your psyche. When helpful, I also draw on tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, tailored to your individual needs.
Over time, therapy can help you develop new internal resources, navigate challenges with more confidence, build healthier relationships, and find greater emotional well-being. Psychotherapy doesn’t offer quick fixes—but it opens space for you to find your own answers, becoming more conscious of who you are and the life you wish to create.
It’s important to recognize that psychotherapy is not a magical solution for emotional struggles. It’s a meaningful but demanding process that requires active engagement from both therapist and client. With dedication, honesty, and patience, this work can lead to profound transformation and a deeper connection with yourself.

Brief Psychotherapy: Structured Emotional Support from Start to Finish
Brief psychotherapy is a focused and time-limited approach, typically lasting 10 to 15 sessions, designed to support individuals going through emotional distress, transitions, or specific life challenges. It’s especially helpful during times of anxiety, grief, breakups, relationship difficulties, major decisions, or significant changes — such as becoming a parent, moving to a new country, or starting a new chapter in life.
With a clear beginning, middle, and end, this process concentrates on a central issue, helping to relieve emotional suffering and promote psychological reorganization in a short period. While brief, the work is far from superficial. Depending on each person’s needs, I draw on tools from analytical psychology, as well as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques and mindfulness practices to foster insight and emotional regulation.
This approach can help you reconnect with the meaning behind your experience, strengthen your inner resources, and expand self-awareness. In many cases, brief therapy is enough to restore emotional balance and regain a sense of direction. For deeper or recurring issues, it may serve as a meaningful first step toward longer-term therapeutic work.
If you're considering therapy but aren't sure where to begin, brief psychotherapy may be a good starting point. Feel free to get in touch — I'm here to talk and help you explore the best path forward.
